Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Marketing, Sales) to integrate foresight insights into product development and business strategy.
- Conduct research and scenario planning to assess potential futures and their impact on the organization.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive a culture of innovation by fostering creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning within the organization.
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to identify threats and opportunities.
- Manage the innovation portfolio, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in innovation management, strategic planning, or foresight roles, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovation strategies that drive business growth.
- Expertise in foresight methodologies, including scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing innovation projects from concept to execution.
