Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management or product development with 5+ years in leadership

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, INSEAD)
