- Build and mentor high-performance innovation labs across 3 continents
- Drive partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU quantum research consortia
- Present innovation frameworks to board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in C-suite leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Materials Engineering
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Active security clearance (Top Secret/SAP preferred)
