Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and execute accurate inventory counts.
- Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
