Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to drive business growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
