Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store to ensure a positive first impression.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Assist customers in locating products and demonstrate their features to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store looks appealing and organized.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse customers.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
