What You'll Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including orientation scheduling and paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with high accuracy.
- Support payroll processing by verifying time sheets and collecting necessary documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule internal HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Answer general HR inquiries from employees via email or phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help administer employee benefits programs and leave requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new HR processes and compliance regulations.
