Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination
- Assist with employee relations matters by responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate HR records
- Administer HR programs including benefits enrollment, performance tracking, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops to support employee development initiatives
- Manage HR data systems and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Assist with HR analytics by compiling reports on turnover, recruitment metrics, and engagement surveys
- Support company culture initiatives through event planning and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals and employment regulations (EEO, ADA, FLSA)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact professionally with all levels
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proactive problem-solver with ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically
