Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and orienting new team members to our corporate culture.
- Recruitment Support: Assist the HR team with posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll process by verifying timekeeping data and assisting with payroll adjustments as needed.
- HR Events: Assist in organizing company-wide events, wellness programs, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with HRIS software is a plus.
- Integrity: High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
