Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and assist with company events and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering HR-related inquiries from employees regarding policies and benefits.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on empathy and active listening.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in learning the fundamentals of Human Resources.
