Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing employee packets, setting up systems access, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files in both physical and digital systems (HRIS) ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Recruitment Support: Help screen resumes, coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, and facilitate the candidate experience for open positions.
- HR Administration: Process new hire paperwork, update organizational charts, and assist with tracking employee leave and attendance.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact for internal HR inquiries, directing staff to the correct resources or departments.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company-wide events, wellness activities, and training workshops to boost team morale.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in an administrative role).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
