Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system and personnel files.
- Support the administration of HR policies, benefits, and compliance documentation.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee professional development activities.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll data and compliance reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the human resources field.
