Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with legal regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration, including answering employee inquiries regarding pay and coverage.
- Handle employee relations matters, providing support and guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and distribute required HR documentation, including contracts, handbooks, and policy updates.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related events, training sessions, and workshops.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or ADP) is required.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
