Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system setup
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and compliance documentation
- Support HRIS data management, ensuring accuracy of employee records and reporting
- Coordinate employee relations activities, including investigations, performance documentation, and conflict resolution
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer preparation
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, including EEO, ADA, and FMLA
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Support HR analytics initiatives by compiling and interpreting workforce data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination or generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal abilities
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Experience with employee engagement initiatives and diversity programs
