Responsibilities
- Manage Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, orientation schedules, and equipment are prepared.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Benefits Administration: Support open enrollment periods and answer employee questions regarding health insurance, 401(k), and payroll.
- Policy Enforcement: Communicate company policies and procedures to staff, ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal standards.
- HR Events: Plan and organize company-wide events, team-building activities, and annual employee engagement initiatives.
- Data Analysis: Assist in compiling HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience is preferred, but we provide paid training for motivated candidates with no prior experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Integrity: Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive employee information.
