The Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many employee inquiries and will play a vital role in our recruitment and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including scheduling orientations and preparing welcome packets.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and records in the HRIS system with 100% accuracy.
- Support the benefits administration process, including open enrollment and answering employee questions.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping verification.
- Organize and facilitate HR meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
- Willingness to undergo paid training and obtain relevant HR certifications.
