Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all new hires.
- Benefits Administration: Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, answering inquiries, and resolving discrepancies.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in our systems, ensuring strict adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining the job board.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
- HR Initiatives: Support the organization of company-wide events, wellness programs, and engagement activities to boost company culture.
- Payroll Assistance: Prepare and process payroll-related documentation and assist in the month-end closing process.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred for this senior coordinator role.
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in an HR Coordinator or administrative role within a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP) and MS Office Suite.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Florida labor laws and employment practices.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural setting.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
