Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and HRIS maintenance
- Coordinate training programs and performance management initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations (EEOC, FMLA, etc.)
- Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Prepare HR analytics reports for leadership decision-making
- Support company culture initiatives and employee events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of California labor laws and compliance
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced Excel skills for HR analytics
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
