Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment workflow including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Administer onboarding programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration into company culture
- Maintain and update HRIS databases with employee records, benefits information, and performance data
- Coordinate employee benefits administration including enrollment, changes, and compliance documentation
- Facilitate HR-related employee communications and resolve inquiries with timely, professional support
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events
- Ensure adherence to federal and California labor laws, including EEO and ADA compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR coordination or generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and employment regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Experience implementing employee engagement programs and diversity initiatives
- Certified HR Associate (aPHR) or SHRM-CP preferred
