Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and equipment coordination
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and annual open enrollment campaigns
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports for workforce analytics and compliance
- Coordinate employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and policy implementation
- Support recruitment coordination by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Organize HR initiatives including training programs, engagement surveys, and recognition events
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of HR coordination or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
