Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, and oversee the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and company procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- HRIS Administration: Utilize HR technology to track time-off requests, leave balances, and organizational charts.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate employee engagement activities, company-wide meetings, and wellness initiatives to boost morale.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR coordination, administrative, or related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices within the United States.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive employee data and documentation.
