Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support new hire onboarding processes including documentation and orientation scheduling
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system (Workday experience preferred)
- Administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment periods
- Coordinate HR events including training sessions and team meetings
- Assist with payroll processing and time-off administration
- Support compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
