Job Summary: As the HR Coordinator, you will be the face of our Human Resources department, ensuring seamless daily operations and supporting our recruiting and onboarding initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and records within the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment, and payroll support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and leave requests.
- Organize and facilitate HR-related training sessions, workshops, and company events.
- Support compliance efforts by staying updated on federal and state labor laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
