Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) and job boards to identify and engage passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates accurately.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and culture.
Qualifications
