Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Lead the architectural vision for our AI systems, specifically aligning with the 2026 strategic goals and technological milestones.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams and large-scale deployments.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, C-suite executives, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging technology trends and integrate them into our current infrastructure to ensure long-term competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or lead engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Proven experience designing distributed systems and microservices.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and implementing novel AI solutions in a production environment.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
