Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the local market.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present product solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop high-impact sales strategies.
- Close deals and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
