Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional customer consultations and product knowledge
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships in tourism and local markets
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining luxury service standards
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management protocols
- Collaborate with team to create memorable in-store experiences

Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury retail or high-ticket sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (minimum $500K annually)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean record (client travel required)
- Fluency in English; Japanese or Mandarin highly preferred
