- Input and update customer information, inventory data, and financial records into various databases with 99% accuracy.
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents into secure electronic filing systems.
- Perform regular audits of existing data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
- Prepare and compile weekly reports based on entered data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with exceptional accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
