Responsibilities
- Master cash handling, transaction processing, and account management protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and issues
- Adhere to strict security procedures and regulatory compliance standards
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet client needs
- Maintain organized transaction records and daily reconciliation reports
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve performance targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fitness for FINRA Series 6 licensing (training provided)
- Background check and fingerprinting required
