Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account features and transactions
- Assist with new account applications and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training to develop banking expertise
- Maintain confidential customer and financial information
Qualifications
