Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate digital banking platforms and self-service kiosks
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA and NCUA regulations
- Participate in daily cash management and balancing procedures
- Support branch outreach initiatives in local Phoenix communities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6 exam
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and mobile banking apps
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional off-site duties
