Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to banking regulations
- Operate bank-provided equipment (teller terminals, scanners, security systems)
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and disputes
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop banking expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (equipment provided for comfort)

- Must be available to work weekdays and occasional Saturdays
