Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict adherence to audit protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Comply with all federal banking regulations (BSA, AML, Reg CC)
- Operate core banking software and ATM systems efficiently
- Contribute to branch security procedures and loss prevention
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email)
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills highly valued
- No prior banking experience required – training provided!
