Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and balancing cash drawers
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless customer experiences during peak hours
- Complete mandatory training modules and shadow senior tellers to master operational procedures
- Contribute to branch cleanliness and professional appearance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail for transaction accuracy
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking systems
- Must pass background check and credit screening
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation
