Responsibilities
- Master core banking operations including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction processing
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and issues
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance (BSA, AML, and security protocols)
- Process loan payments and assist with basic product promotions
- Utilize digital banking platforms and CRM systems for customer engagement
- Participate in weekly training modules and shadow senior tellers

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
