Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and cash handling equipment with high accuracy.
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products to meet sales goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle large sums of cash.
- Reliable transportation is required.
