Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service with a smile-first approach
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
