Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications to ensure critical issues are addressed immediately.
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor management to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications
