Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Process incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a focus on prioritization, accuracy, and timely responses.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring strict confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with data entry, market research, and special projects as assigned by management to support business objectives.
- Organize team events, internal meetings, and office logistics to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for this entry-level position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
