Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Handle incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with professionalism and poise.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate digital and physical records, and prepare reports.
- Assist with project coordination, including preparing presentation materials and managing project timelines.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk support to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Research and compile information as needed to support daily business operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
