Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for autonomous synthetic intelligence agents capable of complex decision-making in 2026 environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and researchers to push the boundaries of Natural Language Processing and reinforcement learning.
- Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols for synthetic data generation and AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate high-level strategic goals into technical roadmaps for next-gen software products.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor technologies, and academic research to ensure NexaFuture remains at the forefront of AI innovation.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable AI systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act).
