Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and strategic initiatives for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to execute the roadmap, removing blockers and ensuring alignment.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategies to executive leadership and board members, securing buy-in for major product pivots.
- Prioritization: Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on ROI, user impact, and strategic fit.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering department, encouraging experimentation and cutting-edge development.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Technical Program Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and executing them successfully in a high-growth environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, SaaS).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
