Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability for next-generation workloads.
- Architect Neural Systems: Design and implement distributed neural networks capable of real-time adaptation and learning.
- Bridge Quantum & Classical: Integrate emerging quantum computing protocols with classical AI frameworks to solve complex optimization problems.
- Security & Ethics: Establish protocols for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment in high-stakes environments.
- Talent Cultivation: Build and mentor a world-class team of data scientists and engineers focused on future tech.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering or AI research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Future-Ready Skills: Familiarity with quantum algorithms or edge computing is highly preferred.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete, executable technical roadmaps.
