Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026+ strategic vision aligned with emerging technological and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape regulatory frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in C-suite or executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, predictive modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to global audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 10-year strategic planning implementations
