Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of technology strategists and visionaries, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for large-scale initiatives.
- Infrastructure Planning: Oversee the architectural transition necessary to support future scalability and security standards.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including cloud architectures, AI/ML frameworks, and blockchain protocols.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of successfully predicting and leveraging future market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
