Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic vision for the company's evolution, identifying key trends in Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Edge Computing to position us as a market leader by 2026.
- Oversee R&D Strategy: Direct high-level research initiatives and allocate resources to cutting-edge technologies that align with long-term business objectives.
- Build and Scale Innovation Teams: Recruit and mentor elite engineering talent, fostering a culture of rapid prototyping and disruptive innovation.
- Stakeholder & Investor Relations: Present complex technological roadmaps and future-state scenarios to the C-suite, board members, and potential investors.
- Ethical & Regulatory Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible innovation, ensuring all future technologies comply with global standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 12+ years in the technology sector, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or strategic leadership capacity.
- Technical Vision: Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks, including AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum algorithms.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex future technologies to diverse audiences, from developers to C-level executives.
