Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with long-term business goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields like Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and executive leadership, to drive adoption.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and strategic planners.
- Present complex technology trends and future scenarios to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product development.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (3+ years).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and large-scale R&D projects.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
