Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap focused on AI, Machine Learning, and emerging digital trends.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business workflows to drive operational efficiency.
- Oversee the creation and management of an internal R&D incubator to pilot disruptive technologies.
- Collaborate with the CTO and product teams to align technical strategy with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify high-potential startups and acquire emerging technologies through strategic partnerships or acquisitions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and strategists.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy consulting, or executive management roles.
- Deep technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning architectures.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies.
- Strong background in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (MBA), or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into clear business value.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
