Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business goals for the next 3-5 years.
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Lead the design and implementation of advanced neural architectures, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and explainability.
- Research & Development: Partner with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of breakthroughs in Deep Learning and Quantum AI.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Product Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into core products, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and the media.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and NLP methodologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to drive technical strategy and translate business objectives into technical roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
