Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and anticipates market trends for the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI & R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of advanced AI models, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and ethically sound.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and strategists.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
